Special Training Days will be held during the Season prior to State Events for those Athletes wanting some personal coaching before those Events. Our Coach Dennis will be running these special training sessions.
THERE WILL BE NO REGULAR DURING THE WEEK TRAINING THIS SEASON
On Sundays we hold our Meets! Arrive by 9am for warm-up. From 9:15am you will begin your Meet Program moving around 5-6 different events within your age group. There are 4 event programs that we rotate through, meaning a variety of events across different meets. Most Sundays we will have our Coach Dennis Lorenzin in attendance.

Dennis will be joining us at our Sunday Home Meets, to help all athletes and parents, to learn new skills or master known skills. Improve on technique. Guide parents on the Events we offer at Little Athletics.
