Trainings are held weekly during school terms. Our first training session is on Tuesday 22nd October 5-6pm. Training is non-compulsory but is an excellent opportunity for all athletes to work on their technique with our expert coach, Dennis, and for emerging athletes to hone their skills for competition. TRAININGS END IN MARCH 2025, START AGAIN IN OCTOBER.
On Sundays we hold our Meets! Arrive by 9am for warm-up. From 9:15am you will begin your Meet Program moving around 5-6 different events within your age group. There are 4 event programs that we rotate through, meaning a variety of events across different meets.
OUR HOME MEETS ARE HELD IN THE SUMMER SEASON OCTOBER - MARCH
Dennis will be running training sessions once a week on Tuesday's to help new athletes work on their technique and existing athletes take their skills to the next level.
